QuotePronto operates a digital insurance comparison and referral marketplace. We connect consumers who request quotes with licensed partner agencies who can provide them. We are not an insurance company: we do not underwrite policies, issue coverage, adjust claims, or act as your insurer. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the insurer, arranged through a licensed agency.

Quotes shown or discussed through the marketplace are estimates prepared by partner agencies based on the information you provide. Final premiums, eligibility, and coverage terms are determined solely by the insurer after underwriting and may differ from any quote. We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, qualify for coverage, or achieve any particular price or savings. Any references to potential savings are illustrative only and are not a promise or prediction of your results.

When you submit a quote request, you provide the consent described in the quote funnel at the time of submission — including consent for QuotePronto and matched partner agencies to contact you by phone, email, or text message (including through automated technology) at the contact information you provide, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you may revoke it at any time by telling the caller or contacting us at 855-555-2766.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Submit quote requests with false information or on behalf of anyone who has not authorized you to do so;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site or submit requests;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access; and
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information provided by partner agencies is complete or accurate. Content on the site is for general information only and is not insurance, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotePronto and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
