• Match your quote request with licensed partner agencies that serve your area and the coverage you asked about, per the consent shown in the quote funnel at the time you submit your request;
• Connect you with those agencies by phone, email, or text so they can provide the quotes you requested;
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support; and
• Comply with legal obligations that apply to our business.

We share your information with the following categories of recipients:

• Matched partner agencies. When you submit a quote request, we deliver your contact information and quote details to the licensed agency or agencies matched to your request so they can contact you with quotes. That is the core function of our marketplace, and it happens per the consent presented in the quote funnel.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run the platform — such as hosting, telephony, analytics, and customer support providers — receive information only as needed to perform those services for us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, partners, or the public.

We retain quote requests and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes between shoppers and partner agencies, meet insurance-industry recordkeeping expectations, and comply with applicable law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

• Marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can ask a partner agency to stop contacting you at any time.
• Do not sell or share. If you would like us to stop sharing your information with partner agencies for new quote requests, or to request access to or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below and we will honor your request as required by applicable law.
• Cookies. Most browsers let you limit or delete cookies; core parts of the site work without them.
